St. Herman’s Blue Hole National

Park is a great place to stop when traveling by land from northeast Belize to the south-western stretches of the country. This picturesque location contains a massive, almost perfectly circular swimming hole fed by an underground stream. The water is so fresh and clean you can drink it, as it’s essentially a massive spring. There are tons of friendly fish in the water that love to dine on fresh fruit.  The park is also home to around 200 bird species.
