, the drinking fountain is located in the Yaffo district of Tel Aviv, near a small park. It was built in 1996 in easily recognizable vibrant Hundertwasser style. The only problem? It doesn’t always have water in it.

Update as of November 2019: The hand has come off its pedestal and has been severely damaged. The hand itself appears sound, but is acquiring debris.
